About Shonda

Licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

As a Richmond, Virginia native, Shonda Howie has seen the Richmond and surrounding areas transform over the years to a city rich with culture, history and diversity. Shonda is proud to serve on the Salvation Army l Boys & Girls Club Advisory Board. Shonda engages and build rapports in the community while assisting people to reach their real estate goals.

In her spare time she enjoys traveling, hiking, water sports, wine trails and spending time with her loved ones. Shonda is a devoted mother to two daughters and is passionate about her community. She enjoys volunteering with charitable organizations such as Salvation Army, Feed More, Meals on Wheels and Ronald McDonald House just to name a few. She believes everyone should have a place to call home and her mission is to help as many families as possible to reach their goal to homeownership.

Shonda has a background in Criminal Justice and Human Services. Thanks to her professional experience; she brings great communication, active listening skills, confidentiality and patience. Shonda is committed to building lifelong relationships with her clients by supporting, guiding, and educating them every step of the way with their home journey.
